What is Trivians?

Trivia Portal:

This competition, which starts with three people, requires an entrance fee. In this competition, where only 1 joker can be used, rewards are shared for each question. This competition, which has a higher entrance fee and prize compared to other competitions, is usually preferred by our confident competitors. Be careful to use your jokers strategically in this 5-question competition.

Free Mode:

You can enter this 3-question contest at any time of the day. In this competition, which is entered only by watching advertisements, competitors who complete all three questions share the total prize.. 1vs1:

Unfortunately, no. The competitions for which you have registered begin at the specified time, and entries will not be accepted after the answer time for the first question has expired. Don't forget to enable notifications so you don't miss out on the competitions.

Purchase, deposit and refunding

Power-ups, VIP tickets, and other materials can be purchased from the App Store or Google Play Store by clicking on the Market icon from within the app. You can also use your accumulated account balance to purchase power-up/VIP tickets. Purchases made with your in-game (Redeem) balance are not refundable.

To load balance into the game, you must first purchase TRIVIA from a cryptocurrency exchange where TRIVIA is listed and transfer it to your personal wallet (Metamask etc.). Transactions from exchanges to personal wallets must take place over the BEP20 network. Otherwise, you may irreversibly lose your funds. After transferring, you can use the app to connect your wallet and transfer your TRIVIAs to your in-game balance.

If any irregular use is detected in purchases and refunds made from your user account, the relevant amount will be charged and your account will be permanently closed. For this reason, we advise you not to share your user information or account with others.

What is a power-up? How many power-up models are there?

Power-ups give you an advantage when you don't know the answer or are unsure. There are three types of power-up models.

Extra Life power-up: Even if the user answers the question incorrectly, he/she advances to the next round.

Double Answer power-up: The user can select two options, increasing his/her chance.

How can I increase my power-ups?

On the app's market page, you can select and purchase the package that best suits your needs. You can also follow competitions with power-up prizes.

My purchase has not been credited to my account, what should I do?

You can contact us if the power-ups and coupons you purchased from the app's market page have not been credited to your account. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible if you send us your purchase receipt via the app's "feedback" interface or to [email protected] with your username.

Why do we register with a phone number?

We do this for the security of your account and to verify it on your behalf. Each user account is associated with a phone number, which generates the account ID. In case you lose your phone or start using the app on a new device, you can log in by confirming your WhatsApp registered phone number.

Can I change my username?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your username.

Can I transfer power-ups, coupons, or earnings between different accounts?

Transactions between accounts are not permitted under the terms of the individual user agreement. Participating with more than one account is also against the competition rules. Please be aware that your account may be suspended if it is detected.

Can I compete with more than one account?

As clearly stated in the game rules and user agreement, each user can compete with a single account and the use of multiple accounts is prohibited. The maximum number of accounts that can be opened using the same IP address are 3 users, to be able to play together with family members and/or friends. When the violation of our contest rules are detected, the account may be suspended or closed indefinitely.

VPN

The use of VPN is against the rules as it has been identified that it is used to exploit competition rules. VPN software, which is found to be used to participate in competitions that vary regionally and obtain rewards in this way, is one of the third-party software programs that you should stay away from. Please remember that if it is discovered that you have participated in competitions using these methods, you may permanently lose your account.

Can I use the money I win to buy a power-up/VIP ticket package?

Yes, you can. You can now purchase packages from the app's market (Google, Apple, and Huawei Store), as well as with the balance in your account.

How can I increase my earnings by Staking?

You can keep earning by keeping TRIVIAs you earn from competitions within the application! Go to the Balance screen at the top left of the main screen and click on “Stake”. After clicking the “New Stake” button, determine the amount you would want to stake (your current balance) and the period (7-30-90 days). Enjoy the extra TRIVIAs you will get at the end of the period you set!

How can I withdraw my earnings?

When you win more than 500 TRIVIA Tokens in competitions, you can transfer the Tokens into a personal digital wallet account or to your personal account on the listed exchanges. The transfer transaction fee is 5 TRIVIA Tokens. Make sure to use the BEP-20 wallet address.

Digital Wallet Usage

Your digital wallets, just like your account, are personal and user-specific. Therefore, the number of users who can transfer to 1 wallet is limited to 1 account. Accounts that violate this rule will be deemed to have violated the rules and will be permanently closed. Please consider this limitation in order not to lose your account.

I think that the question or the answer is incorrect, what should I do?

If you believe there are any errors in the questions or answers, you have 30 minutes from the end of the competition to file an objection. Our relevant unit will investigate the problem, and if there is one, the "Incorrect question procedure" shown in the image below will be activated. There are 2 things you should keep in mind when making this objection. You can only object to competitions in which you participated and competed, and you must provide us with the official source of your objection. Note that appeals that do not meet these 2 criteria will not be reviewed by the editorial team.
